Professional

Brian Green is a respected legal strategist with demonstrated expertise in air and space law, operational art, and international collaboration. A 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, licensed in Colorado and Washington, DC, he has the proven ability to navigate regulatory landscapes, forge global partnerships, and deliver mission-critical solutions in high-pressure environments. He is a prolific author, with many of his publications available online.

Brian’s diverse experience includes solving novel challenges on government contracting, space rendezvous and proximity operations, electromagnetic spectrum use, space launch licensing, launch facility use, command and control, and communications law. Education

Brian holds Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Washington in Political Science and Interdisciplinary Arts; a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law; and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Air and Space Law from McGill University. He is also a graduate of National Defense University’s Program for Emerging Leaders.

Personal

Brian is a Christian, husband to his lovely wife Dol, and father to four wonderful children. He grew up in Washington State and has traveled all over the world, thanks in large part to the Air Force. In addition to solving thorny legal and policy issues, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, volunteering at church, and creating original artwork.
